Stop being the translator between what the vendor says and what a rep is actually owed.

Sales-Rep.io is the back office for commission-based field sales teams — territory, payroll, commissions and disputes tracked in one place, not reconstructed from spreadsheets, group texts, and Slack screenshots every Friday.

Vendor pay and rep pay were never the same question.

A "PAID" status from the vendor means the company can invoice — it doesn't mean a rep is owed money today. Sales-Rep.io tracks the two as separate states that advance on their own, so you're not the one explaining the difference to an angry rep by hand.

PAID

The vendor invoice cleared. The company can bill for this sale now.

Pending Lock

The pay period hasn't closed yet — the rep sees exactly where this stands, without asking.

Close a pay period without losing your weekend.

Every pay run moves through the same four stages, and disputes get resolved inside the flow — not over text, not over email, not three days later when someone finally opens a screenshot.

Generate

Commission and chargebacks calculate from the period's sales automatically.

Reps review

Each rep sees their own numbers and can flag a dispute before anything locks.

Admin review

Disputes get resolved and adjustments applied — in the same record, not a side thread.

Locked

The period closes. What everyone agreed to is what gets paid.

Know who's sitting on dead territory before it costs you a sale.

Assign fiberhoods and territory, set takeback dates, and track penetration with a live two-way sync to ArcGIS Field Maps — so a rep's boundary is a line on a map, not a guess in a group text.

Takeback dates that actually trigger

Territory sitting untouched past its date gets flagged for reassignment automatically, instead of quietly going stale until someone happens to notice.

Nobody should be retyping a screenshot into a spreadsheet.

Vendor data uploads, email order confirmations, and Slack-posted sale screenshots all feed the same system directly — so no one on your team spends hours a week copying numbers by hand.

Travel, permits, hotel bonuses and reimbursements — one dashboard, not four inboxes.

This is the stuff that's scattered across texts, email, and memory until something expires unnoticed. Permits carry expiry alerts instead of quietly lapsing.

Questions ops leaders actually ask

It was built and proven inside a door-to-door fiber company — territory assignment, commission tiers, payroll, disputes, all of it. None of that logic is fiber-specific: if your reps get paid on signed sales and someone on your team is stuck reconciling it by hand, it applies just as directly to solar, pest control, alarm, or roofing.
No. This is the back office, not a door-tracking app — it sits alongside whatever your reps already use to knock and log doors. Think of it as everything that happens after the door: commissions, payroll, turf, and the paperwork.
We're bringing on early-access teams by hand, in small batches, so onboarding gets real attention instead of a generic setup email. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out with a timeline once we can commit to one for your team.
There's no self-serve signup yet. We're onboarding new teams directly so the commission rules, territory setup, and vendor integrations get matched to how your team actually runs — not a generic default. Early access means you're one of the first teams on it, with real input into what gets built next.
Yes. Worker classification is tracked per rep, and onboarding paperwork and tax forms branch accordingly — contractors and employees are managed side by side on the same team, with the right forms going to the right person.
A team that ran commission-based field sales payroll by hand first — spreadsheets, group texts, and manually reviewing Slack screenshots to figure out who sold what. This is the tool we needed and built for our own team before turning it into a product other ops leaders could run on.

Get on the list.

We're onboarding a small number of teams by hand right now. Tell us about yours.
